If you are not a customer of GenWeb Designs, and do not wish to be contacted by GenWeb Designs, please do not complete any of the registration forms, contact forms, or call request forms on this website.

Cancellation of Services with GenWeb Designs

If you cancel your Services with GenWeb Designs, your personal information will be kept on file with GenWeb Designs for a period of three years to comply with any local, state, or federal laws. This information is kept on file in order to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Credit Card Purchases

As a courtesy to our customers, GenWeb Designs offers the option to pay for various fees on our website with credit cards. Credit Card information collected on our website is transmitted via a secure connection to a third party vendor, SecurePay, for processing. GenWeb Designs will never ask you for your credit card information by email. If you receive an e-mail from someone claiming to be affiliated with GenWeb Designs requesting any of your financial information or password, please forward this e-mail to fraud@genwebdesigns.com.
